Defective & damaged products
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged, though we understand things can go wrong in transit. If you have received an order that is damaged, defective in any way, or not as described on the website, please reach out via email - hello@comfortdaddy.com.au. Please include your order number and a photo of the product and/or packaging in question. Thanks!
Changing your mind
If you have ordered the wrong product or would like a refund, you’ll just need to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please be aware that in this scenario you'll need to pay for the shipping, and if we do not receive your returned product, we may not be able to refund it - so please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
